Terms and Conditions - Students
LESSONS
· All lessons are booked on a half term basis payable in advance in groups of six or according to the number of weeks in the half term.
· Lessons will be agreed for the same day and time for the whole half term before the start of the half term. There will be no options to reschedule any lessons.
· All lessons will start and end when the student enters and leaves the premises where lessons are held at the agreed time.
· Invoices will be sent approximately one week before the first lesson of each half term and must be paid in full before the first lesson. The payment deadline will be clearly stated on the invoice. No lessons will take place until the full payment has been made.
· There will be no refund available after payment.
CANCELLATIONS
· If a student cancels a lesson or does not attend a scheduled lesson, the full lesson fee will be charged.
· You must inform us of any cancellations by e-mailing kmmusicschoollondon@gmail.com, written confirmation is required, verbal communication by telephone or text will not be accepted.
COMMUNICATION AND ENQUIRES

· Students should not be contacting their teacher by exchanging contact details; any enquiries or communication should be communicated with the school directly by e-mail or telephone.
TEACHER
· The teacher agrees to provide as much notice as possible in case of delay, lateness or if the lesson is to be cancelled at short notice. The lessons will be rescheduled subject to availability, any lessons we are not able to reschedule, a full refund will be given.
· The Teacher agrees to provide a professional service to the best of their abilities and to assist the student in achieving their goals.
· The Teacher will recommend instruction books and other materials needed for the lesson, the cost will be the student’s responsibility.
LESSON FEE
· One month’s notice will be given for any change in the cost of lessons.
STUDENT
· The student understands regular practice is required in order to achieve progress.
